Agenda for Change Course a Hit!

MPA Consulting started it's 2009 Agenda for Change Courses with a bang as Evaluation Feedback shows the Course is a hit with Delegates.

MPA's first course of 2009 saw Delegates at an NHS Primary Care Trust complete Detailed Awareness, Job Matching and Job Analysis and Evaluation Agenda for Change Training Courses.

The Course was well received with no less than 100% of delegates agreeing they rated the Course highly and would recommend it to others.

The Evaluation Feedback from Delegates covers 5 areas including Course Content, Tutors, Course Notes/Handouts, General Administration and Overall Course Ratings.

The Delegates rated Course elements in each of these five areas and the overall score found MPA Consulting to achieve an impressive 9/10 with Delegate comments such as "Many thanks for your support, guidance and patience."

Michael A. Potter, CEO of MPA Consulting commented today "I am delighted that the first Agenda for Change Course of 2009 received such positive feedback. We work hard to ensure all our Courses are organised and delivered to the highest standard. We take our Delegates feedback very seriously. We will be working ever harder now to get that extra mark. We want 10/10!"
